Grammy Award winning singer Lady Gaga is the headliner for the Super Bowl LI halftime show at NRG Stadium in February, the NFL announced Thursday night.
Gaga is a six-time Grammy Award winner.
She has 30 million in global album sales and 150 million single sales and had three consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard Hot 100.
Lady Gaga sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50 last year.
Recent halftime acts include Coldplay, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Madonna, The Who, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Prince, the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney and U2.
