When there’s an opportunity in front of him, Kendall Lamm knows to take full advantage of it.
At least, that’s what Texans offensive line coach Mike Devlin tells the second-year tackle. Two-time Pro Bowler Duane Brown is working his way back from season-ending quadriceps surgery, while Newton is listed as day-to-day after leaving practice earlier this week. Without its starting left and right tackles, the Texans o-line is giving ample opportunities to young players like Lamm to work against the first-team defense in training camp.
“He’s a very hard working guy,” head coach Bill O’Brien said of Lamm.
