“We definitely have a plan in place,” Joseph said after Tuesday’s OTA practice. “I’ve gained four pounds of lean muscle, body fat went down so it’s a lot of things in the right direction.”
The two-time Pro Bowl cornerback admits he is not the healthiest eater – Joseph says he has never eaten a salad – but he drinks the green smoothies while cutting back on red meat, hoping that the changes he is making will translate to his playmaking on the field.
