INDIANAPOLIS -- University of Washington wide receiver John Ross III sprinted his way into the NFL scouting combine records with a scorching 4.22 time in the 40-yard dash.
That broke NFL running back Chris Johnson's 2008 time of 4.24 seconds.

He's regarded as a potential first-round draft pick along with Western Michigan's Corey Davis and Clemson's Mike Williams.
