This is the third of a nine-part, position-by-position series analyzing the Texans after their offseason program. Coming Friday: Quarterbacks.
The best thing quarterback Brock Osweiler did in his one season with the Texans was to incorporate the tight ends into the passing game.
In Bill O'Brien's third season as coach, veterans C.J. Fiedorowicz and Ryan Griffin and rookie Stephen Anderson combined for 115 catches for 1,094 yards and seven touchdowns.
Compare that to 2015 when Griffin, Fiedorowicz and Garrett Graham combined for 41 receptions, 448 yards and four touchdowns.
