I miss my dad the most around Father's Day and the start of football season. Father's Day was special to our family. The start of football season was special for all of us but especially for my dad because he loved the game so much at every level, particularly the NFL. He was old school until the day he died. I wrote this tribute to him in 2007 and the best way I can celebrate his life, I think, is to run what I wrote about the life of Curtis McClain and how important he was to who I am and what I've become.
