J.J. Watt missed the majority of the last two seasons. In 2016 he had surgery on his back. In 2017 he broke some weird bone in his leg. In 2018 he has been strong and healthy so far. There were concerns regarding his durability, and there still is, and these concerns will always reside in everyone’s mind, but right now he’s incurably healthy. In the first two weeks he was great in the run game and started to show some pass rushing ability in the second half against New England. Then against the Giants he was a supernova.
