J.J. Watt left the Houston Texans after the 2020 season as the organization descended into a dark three-year pugatory. Houston's legend couldn't contain his glee regarding the state of the franchise on Wednesday.
Watt worked officially as an NFL analyst on CBS last year, though in the process, he also stood as a vocal champion of C.J. Stroud and the Texans. Armed with Stroud and new coach DeMeco Ryans, Houston overhauled its culture in 2023, won the AFC South and added a playoff victory in a home win over the Cleveland Browns.
