The Jacksonville Jaguars will interview Bill O'Brien for their head coaching vacancy next week, according to Florida Times Union's Jaguars beat writer John Reid.
It was reported over the weekend that Jaguars general manager Trent Baalke was pushing owner Shad Khan to give the former Texans head coach an interview. It appears he got his wish and O'Brien presumably will interview after Alabama, where he's the offensive coordinator, plays Georgia in Monday night's national championship game.
O'Brien went 52-48 in his 6 1/2 years in Houston, getting fired after an 0-4 start to the 2020 season.
