Trying to grade how teams did immediately after a draft is pretty futile. No draft can be judged until at least three years down the line. Speaking of which, that 2019 Tytus Howard/Lonnie Johnson draft is looking pretty middling with only three players still on the roster.
Still, draft grades are a thing and pretty popular as everyone wants to if their team "won" or "lost" the draft.
Instead of grading how the Texans did ourselves, we took a wide sampling of draft experts around the country to see what they thought. Overall, the Texans got high grades.
