It didn't take long for Houston Texans general manager Nick Caserio to shoot down the "diva" label some have placed on Stefon Diggs after trading for the four-time Pro Bowl receiver. So far, Diggs appears to be proving his new GM right.
Just a few practices into his Houston tenure, players and coaches have been nothing but complimentary of the 30-year-old star. Reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year C.J. Stroud went as far to note that Diggs has already begun establishing himself as a leader on the team.
"He's come in and been a leader, which I'm proud of him for," Stroud said Tuesday.
