Like the 31 other NFL teams, The Houston Texans have some glaring needs entering the 2019 NFL Draft. Luckily for Texans general manager Brian Gaine, the front office will have four draft picks in the first three rounds to address some of their needs.
Besides having their three original draft picks in the first three rounds, the Texans will be receiving Seattle Seahawks 2019 second round draft pick after trading Pro Bowl left tackle Duane Brown in 2017. Texans currently hold four picks in the Top 86 picks in the draft.
Offensive Tackle
Gaine announced in his pre-draft conference that he expects there to be competition between Julién Davenport and Matt Kalil for the starting spot at left tackle.
