Houston Texans: Tight end Khari Lee traded to Chicago Bears

Houston Texans general manager Rick Smith deserves some praise for his work this week as he finalized two trades where the Texans got great value for what they gave up.

Earlier in the week Smith swung a deal which netted the team a veteran tackle from the Denver Broncos, Chris Clark. In exchange for the player who has 27 career starts Houston reportedly only surrendered a seventh round selection.

That deal wasn’t too bad, especially considering “Hard Knocks” revealed that Smith made the deal in what looked like a dungeon inside of the Super Dome.
