Last week Tytus Howard was rolled up on and suffered a slight MCL tear. This won’t require surgery. He’ll hang out in the blue padded training room and rejoin the team in six weeks or so, right when the Texans need him to begin their Super Bowl push.
After this injury they looked to find tackle reinforcements. They worked out Kyle Murphy and former Tom Savage blind side and old pal Chris Clark, and released practice squad center Marcus Henry. They need a tackle not a center.
