The burner has just been turned on the offseason. Teams have already started to make little moves, except for the Houston Texans, who have already made an enormous move, by releasing J.J. Watt. Now is the time for a little one.
The Texans have decided to resign running back Dontrell Hilliard to a one-year $1.25 million contract.
Texans retain free agent running back Dontrell Hilliard on a one-year, $1.25 million contract that includes a $920,000 base salary, $80,000 signing bonus and total of $200 guaranteed, according to a league source, instead of doing original round restricted free agent tender

Hilliard started the season with the Browns and had 9 carries for 48 yards, and then spent two games with the Texans, and had zero offensive production.
