The Houston Texans are in the midst of the offseason and it’s early as things materialize in regard to the latest on the update the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. It’s tough to tell if both the owners and players meet in the middle in terms of principles but at least from preliminary opinions, this could be drawn out for a bit.
