Boddy-Calhoun is a versatile defensive back that has played cornerback, safety, and contributed on special teams. He is entering his second stint with the Texans after being waived as Houston got down to its final cuts for the start of the regular season.
Boddy-Calhoun agreed to a one year deal with the Texans in the offseason to compete with Aaron Colvin for the slot cornerback position in the secondary. Texans opted to retain Colvin after having a solid training camp and preseason.
