The Houston Texans flew too close to the sun against the Jacksonville Jaguars and in the first half against the Cleveland Browns. They beat Jacksonville by 16 and were tied entering the half in Cleveland. Their point differential with Tyrod Taylor at was +16. Since Taylor’s hamstring injury, since Davis Mills took over, Houston’s point differential is -65. The Texans need Taylor back under center as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, it looks like we are still two or three more weeks until Taylor drags Houston out from the David Carr zone.
Mills produced the third worst start by a quarterback in franchise history by quarterback rating against the Bills two days ago, yet will remain QB1.
