Houston Texans: Jadeveon Clowney drops 33 spots in NFL Top 100 list

Evey year, NFL Network releases the NFL Top 100 as voted on by the players of the league, and on Thursday the Houston Texans had their first player named, as edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney was selected at No. 63 for the 2019 season.

Houston’s pass rusher — who is listed at outside linebacker by the franchise, but as a defensive end on the NFL Top 100 list — dropped 33 spots from a season ago as in 2018 he was listed at 32nd overall by the players of the NFL. Clowney is currently in a contract situation with the Texans and hasn’t reported to training camp, not signing his franchise tag tender offer.
