As we all know, Tyrod Taylor will miss this Thursday with a hamstring injury. The length of his injury was the question remaining. The MRI was completed and it turns out Taylor suffered a grade two hamstring strain. We will be seeing Davis Mills for a month, instead of for a short fling.
To make up for it, the Texans are calling Jeff Driskel up to the current roster. We expected to only see Mills if Houston found themselves 2-7, and after a substantial amount of time learning the offense, he’d come in and get a shot at it.
