While they’ll have to vie with the Detroit Lions, New York Jets and a few other bottom feeders for the best of the worst, if Houston can manage to not screw up losing, when the commissioner takes the podium to announce who’s on the clock next April 28th, the Texans should be sitting pretty for a rebuild.
