The Houston Texans threw a Hail Mary in the free agency market, had the pass caught in the end zone but it didn’t count because time expired.
That’s what I feel like in terms of the Houston Texans working on negotiations with Tony Romo.
The “Hail Mary” was going after Romo, the caught pass was his interest in the team and the time expired was his decision to retire from the gridiron.
Although I knew the odds of him returning back to the field were somewhere around 50/50, considering his health, Romo felt he made the right decision as far as moving forward.
