When the Houston Texans selected Deshaun Watson three years ago, they not only drafted a quarterback to be the face of the franchise, but they also gained a player who cares for others and the surrounding community.
In his latest moment of kindness, Watson, along with the USAA, Official NFL Salute to Service Partner and the United Service Organizations (USO), has awarded Lieutenant Colonel Roger Miranda two tickets to the Super Bowl for this Sunday.
Watson tweeted about the event:
Thankful for people like @roger__miranda – a career Army officer – who continues to serve his country by helping troops transition to civilian life.
