For the Houston Texans this season, their red zone offense has been terrible, ranking 31st in the league in red zone scoring percentage at 34.62 percent, according to TeamRankings.com, with only the New York Jets being worse at 30 percent.
In their past three games, the scoring percentage of the Texans in the red zone is even worse than their season total at 33.33 percent, and this past Sunday against the Buffalo Bills the Texans’ scoring in the red zone was at 25 percent.
Texans running back Lamar Miller has 13 carries from inside the 20-yard line for 22 yards and no touchdowns.
