Since the franchise’s inception, Texans fans have run the gauntlet when it comes to watching everything from horrific (most of the time) to exceptional (recently) special teams play. When Houston special teams coordinator Brad Seely retired last month, the smart money was on Tracy Smith, who had so ably assisted Seely during the last two years at NRG Park, stepping into the void to take over. John McClain reports tonight that Smith will indeed call the shots for the special teams units under Bill O’Brien in 2020.
