It may have slipped between the cracks of all the other Texans coaching changes, but the team was in need of a new strength and conditioning coach after its previous one (Craig Fitzgerald) decided to leave Houston for the same job with the University of Tennessee.
Bill O’Brien has reportedly made a hire to remedy that situation, as he plucked Luke Richesson from Denver for the gig at NRG Park. John McClain reports that Richesson is “one of the NFL’s best in his field,” so the Texans have that going for them, which is nice.
