The Houston Texans have bought new uniforms and equipment for the Uvalde High School football team this season. The kind gesture comes after Uvalde experienced the devastating mass shooting at an elementary school in May.
Before the Friday Night Lights begin, the team gathered for a pre-game dinner on Thursday, September 1. The Uvalde football team was surprised by Houston Texans head coach Lovie Smith and Texans linebackers Christian Kirksey and Kamu Grugier-Hill.
