Earlier this week the Texans announced their offseason dates for OTAs, minicamps, and offseason workouts. During these workouts the player is no longer a person, just a number on the back of the helmet, and maybe if they are loved enough, a last name. The assigning of jersey numbers is an integral part to offseason practices. The new players get a barcode tattooed on the back of their neck, and the existing players get theirs changed up a bit.
Today the team announced updated jersey numbers, for the newcomers, and for a few who were here last year.
