Today the Houston Texans announced their coaching staff for the 2019 season. The Texans now have an offensive coordinator, former Bill O’Brien lifer Tim Kelly, who I have no opinion on, because he has never had this job before. Carl Smith, former Seattle Seahawks quarterback coach, the Russell Wilson whisperer is now the Deshaun Watson whisperer. Wes Welker is already gone since he couldn’t coach Braxton Miller, I really have no idea. T.J. Yates is an offensive assistant because of course he is. Akeem Dent, a bad former Texans’ inside linebacker, is now a defensive assistant.
