The Houston Texans have three picks in the first two rounds of the 2019 NFL Draft, a luxury compared to last year when the Texans didn’t select a player until the third round. Overall, Houston has seven selections in this upcoming draft, picking at least once in every round except for in the fourth round.
With major needs on the offensive line and secondary, expect Houston to target these position groups. That being said, a lot of buzz was generated at the combine, with reports stating Houston was focusing on the running back group. Depth on the defensive line could also become a target with the exit of defensive linemen Christian Covington who signed as a free agent with the Dallas Cowboys.
