It is evident as of early June the Houston Texans don’t have the greatest running back combination in the entire NFL. It can be said the Texans running backs are serviceable, and with the likes of Lamar Miller, the franchise knows what they have. All in all, though, the depth of the running back position could leave some wanting for more.
Here is an idea for the 2019 season: what if they Texans add a free agent running back that is 25 years old or older? That player would bring valuable experience to the roster and depth chart of the running backs.
