Nick is the youngest of three football-playing brothers: Josh and Zack. Josh played defensive end at the University of Indianapolis. Zack and Nick played alongside each other on the Notre Dame offensive line and were also roommates. The Cowboys drafted Zack in the first-round of the 2014 NFL and he would go on to have a All-Pro rookie season in Dallas.
