Former Texans receiver Demaryius Thomas was arrested and charged with vehicular assault, reckless driving and driving without insurance Wednesday night in relation to a Feb. 16 crash in Denver.
Thomas and a passenger suffered minor injuries, but CBS Denver reports a third passenger suffered more serious injuries, when Thomas lost control of his vehicle and rolled it at about 12:20 a.m.
The Texans acquired the 31-year-old Thomas in a midseason trade with the Broncos. Thomas caught 23 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns with the Texans before he ruptured his Achilles tendon in December and was placed on injured reserve.
