Cuts and Extensions
Looking through our 2017 cap situation, we have the following players in the last year of their contract-I’m stopping at Tom Savage from a descending 2017 contract value:
Deandre Hopkins, Jadeveon Clowney, Johnathan Joseph, Chris Clark, Tony Bergstrom, Brandon Weeden, Eddie Pleasant, CJF, Jon Weeks and Tom Savage. If I’m reading correctly, we can still pick up the 5th year option on Clowney with no impact on our 2017 cap.
