Exclusive: ESPN's Matt Miller answers looming Texans draft questions

The Houston Texans enter 2025 as back-to-back AFC South champions, armed with a rising star quarterback and an impressive head coach. However, Houston's roster looks increasingly incomplete ahead of March's free agency and April's NFL draft.

Houston's offense cratered late in 2024, thanks to a struggling offensive line and a pair of season-ending wide receiver injuries. Its defensive line destroyed opposing passers off the edge but struggled to contain rushing attacks in the interior. A promising but incomplete roster hit impressive highs in the first half of last season. However, it also faced dispiriting lows, including a 31-2 Christmas Day beatdown against the Baltimore Ravens and a one-touchdown effort in its AFC divisional round loss at Kansas City.
