Former University of Texas wide receiver Armanti Foreman, the twin brother of Texans running back D'Onta Foreman, has been signed to the Calgary Stampeders' practice roster.
Foreman was with the Minnesota Vikings under contract and with the Indianapolis Colts on a tryout basis previously after going undrafted.
A former blue-chip recruit from Texas City, Armanti Foreman started 10 games as a junior for the Longhorns and led the team with 34 catches for 420 yards and three touchdowns.
He caught 11 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore and was an academic All-Big 12 rookie as a freshman.
