Former Texans running back Ahman Green is looking to get into the broadcasting field.
The retired former Green Bay Packers first-round draft pick participated in the 11th annual NFL broadcast boot camp at NFL Films in Mt. Laurel, N.J., along with former Oakland Raiders and University of Houston standout Stanford Routt and former New England Patriots and Houston offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer.
It was directed by the NFL player engagement and broadcasting departments and included instructors from Big Ten Network, CBS, ESPN, FOX, NBC, NFL Network, SiriusXM, and Westwood One Radio.
"Our Broadcast boot camp not only provides players with the opportunity to enhance their skills and build key relationships, but also the confidence required to succeed in the media industry," senior vice president of NFL player engagement Arthur McAfee said in a statement.
