Dynamo's Wilmer Cabrera appreciative of Erick Torres' effort

Erick Torres on Wednesday night may not have scored for a third consecutive game, but his presence was important for the Dynamo in their 3-1 win over the Montreal Impact at BBVA Compass Stadium.

The Dynamo already were without Honduran's Alberth Elis, Romell Quioto and Boniek Garcia due to their departure for the Gold Cup. If Torres had left for Mexico's national team before Wednesday's game, the Dynamo would have lacked significant experience across the front line.

Torres, who leads the team with 12 goals, said Wednesday night the plan was for him to play 45-60 minutes against Montreal.
