D.J. Swearinger Says Goodbye To Texans Fans

Houston Texans safety D.J. Swearinger has been informed by the team that he is not a part of their plans moving forward and will not be a member of the 2015 roster. He recently posted a goodbye message to fans on his instagram account.

Swearinger was selected in the second round of the 2013 draft. He has started all 32 games for the team since being selected and has recorded a respectable 106 tackles with three interceptions and four forced fumbles in that span.

It has not been said if Swearinger will be released or traded, but there has been speculation the team was planning to try and trade Swearinger for a couple of weeks now.
