Twitter is a weird place where anyone can argue with celebrities and that online spat can quickly devolve into threats of physical violence, even if you’re a politician.
Cory Provost, who is a district leader for New York’s State's 58th Assembly District, didn’t like seeing Baltimore Ravens receiver and former Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant praise rapper Torey Lanez on Twitter.
Provost’s gripe is legitimate. Bryant tweeted: “Salute to a real 1 @toreylanez” on Thursday when the false word started spreading that charges had been dropped in his pending court case over his alleged shooting of Houston rapper Megan The Stallion.
