Last Friday the Texans and J.J. Watt agreed to mutually part ways. Watt was free to go play for an actual football team and flee the USS Olive Garden and swim to the surface as it continues to sink closer and closer to the abyss. The Texans were able to create $15.5 million in cap space and escape the drama that could occur if Houston tried to trade him for a second, or a third round pick.
After losing not one (Duane Brown), not two (Jadeveon Clowney), not three (DeAndre Hopkins), but four franchise players since 2017, all eyes are now on Deshaun Watson.
