Derek Stingley Jr. doesn't talk much, according to teammates of the Houston Texans' star defensive back. Stingley still couldn't resist one jab at Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill after Sunday's shutdown performance at NRG Stadium.
Stingley, a former LSU star and the No. 3 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, added another dazzling performance to a potential All-Pro campaign in the 20-12 Week 15 win. Stingley held Hill to just 36 yards across two receptions, a paltry output for one of the NFL's best wide receivers. Houston's top corner then added a pair of catches himself, snagging not one, but two interceptions in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
