That sums up Zane Gonzalez’s remarkable week pretty nicely.
The former Deer Park High School all-district kicker, on the Arizona Cardinals practice squad this time a week ago, booted a 44-yard field goal with 1:41 remaining in the game to hand struggling Arizona a 20-17 upset win over Green Bay at Lambeau Field Sunday.
Winless at Green Bay in three previous trips to Lambeau, Gonzalez brought that skid to an end with his second 44-yard field goal of the day, giving the Cardinals just their third victory of the season against nine losses.
