Some NFL stars don't even bother showing up for training camp, much less games, in the first few weeks of the NFL preseason, especially if they don't plan to see the field much as draft picks and benchwarmers get their time to shine. But during the second quarter of the very first preseason game this year, Houston Texans Pro Bowl QB C.J. Stroud looks like he's ready to go to war for Bayou City fans.
Just before the two-minute warning during the first half of Thursday night's Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, ESPN cameras caught a fired up Stroud marching up and down the sidelines, hyping the bench, pointing at young teammates, and leaping into the air.
