The Houston Texans special teams performance has been all over the place for the first four games of the regular season. The Texans are 2-2, but the special teams unit will have to improve before people start losing their coveted roster spots.
As the Trevor Daniel release occurred a couple of weeks ago, it goes unsaid that almost everyone on the roster is fair game in terms being held accountable for there poor performances. Bryan Anger has done an impressive job since his return to Houston as the new punter.
The Texans are 1-1 since he was signed, but Anger has done his job in being an asset on special teams and giving the defense plenty of field to work with.
