The Pro Bowl receiver is excited about what the Texans quarterback has shown through offseason work, OTAs and the first day of minicamp, which was Tuesday at the Houston Methodist Training Center. Above all else, Hopkins pinpointed the new signal-caller's best attribute.
“His leadership, coming out there wanting to be great, and holding everyone accountable, himself and us,” Hopkins said on Tuesday.
Head coach Bill O’Brien’s seen that accountability from Osweiler, and said the fifth-year pro has a firm grasp on the offense after just a few months in the organization.
“He’s been in here every single day of the offseason program,” O’Brien said.
