Webster received a $210,000 signing bonus with $500,000 total guaranteed.
The Texans guaranteed $290,000 of his $790,000 base salary.
He has up to $1.25 million in roster bonuses, with up to $78,125 for every game he's active on the 46-man gameday roster.
