But lost in the fun and games of J.J. Watt's Monday morning community event at the Houston Texans YMCA was a football nugget: the month of August is a bit of a laboratory for the fifth-year defensive end.
"Training camp's the greatest," Watt said. "Because it's a chance for you to try new moves. Try new things. See what's successful, see what's not."
After a 20.5 sack season, along with an NFL-best 51 quarterback hits, Watt will try to add to his repertoire. Mixed in with the daily work against his teammates, are three practices versus Washington next week in Richmond, Virginia.
