From “Texans Feud” – a spin on the popular show “Family Feud” – to a hula hoop contest to sharing ways on how to stay active and eat healthy, Texans and students alike had a blast Tuesday morning at Westchester Academy.
Cornerbacks Johnathan Joseph and Kevin Johnson, cheerleaders and TORO helped kick off the PLAY 60 Challenge, a month-long contest created by the NFL and the American Heart Association aimed at encouraging children to exercise at least 60 minutes every day.
The program began with a simple equation: eating right plus exercise equals healthy living.
