Texans star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has become a frequent target from officials as he's been flagged five times for offensive pass interference penalties.
Hopkins was penalized again for the infraction Sunday during a win over the Arizona Cardinals, but it was declined.
Are the penalties warranted?
"It's probably more of a conversation over a beer or something, to be honest with you," Texans coach Bill O'Brien said. "Because I have definite thoughts about that that I'll probably tell you at some time at some point, but I'm just saying I think that this is a game that a lot of times involves great matchups with physical corners, physical receivers that sometimes you just got to let the game be played, if that makes sense.
